tomatoes

About a month ago we brought our tomatoes in to ripen.  Too frosty outside…

Some of them made it till ripe, some got “ripe” in other ways.  🙂  Before the last of them go through the blender and in the freezer, I had to share the crazy colors on some of the heirlooms… 

   

Making salsa and tomato sauce from these.  Anyone tried dehydrated salsa?  Tomorrow I will.  🙂
